So here is the
CHALLENGE:
Think about your past and the things that you are holding
on to. You know what they are: the offence that someone
caused you, the negative thoughts that have been held
against you, the grudges that you’ve held. Let’s forget
all that. We can learn from it; how we react and what we
can do to avoid those situations in the future, but we
needn’t remember the events themselves. Remember
instead that you always want to be free to be yourself.
You don’t want things holding you back or dragging you
down. Let yourself be free to move forwards.
