Think really hard about everything that can distract you
in your life and your mind. Think about it and visualise
that your mind is a house; imagine that it’s dirty and it
needs to be cleaned. Break your life down into segments
and work your way through them. Visualise yourself
cleaning up all the dirt and getting rid of it then do it for
real. Think about your home, think about your car – what
do they look like? Are there bits of rubbish there? What
about your bedroom, your desk? Is it covered in old
letters? Clear it all away. Get rid of all the clutter. Allow
yourself to have the space to think. Make a vacuum.
